SERVICE TECHNICIAN
Responsibilities
- Repairing and maintaining HVAC systems and equipment
- Troubleshooting defective systems and equipment to make diagnoses
- Performing emergency repairs promptly and efficiently
- Performing preventative maintenance
- Fixing, replacing, and adjusting vents and duct work
- Complying with service standards, work instructions, and customers’ requirements
- Assisting with customers’ queries and providing excellent customer service
- Rotating on-call
Qualifications
- 1+ year experience as an HVAC technician
- Understanding of advanced principles of air conditioning, refrigeration, and heating
- Proficient in reading schematics and work plans
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
- Physically agile, dexterous, and able to work in confined space
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Must pass a background check
- Valid EPA certification
- Must have basic tools
Pay
$25 – $35 per hour plus bonuses
